Team of Stars (TOS), a program of Project Change (PC), is dedicated to fostering youth development skills through the performing arts. TOS is funded by the Jim and Carol Trawick Foundation, the Community Foundation of Montgomery County, Montgomery County Government, Macy’s, and the Collaboration Council’s Excel Beyond the Bell Program. Community partners include the Housing Opportunity Commission (HOC) of Montgomery County and the Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County (CRCMC). TOS thanks the Jim and Carol Trawick Foundation for supporting this project from its onset in 2011 as a recipient of the TeamUp Grant.
Project Change is a 501(c)(3) youth/adult partnership organization dedicated to promoting opportunities for youth to be engaged in, contribute to, and be satisfied members of their community. PC serves as a national model for youth-powered community improvement. Our partnership is based on the following Guiding Principles:

The Jim and Carol Trawick Foundation assists local health and human service and arts non- profit organizations in Montgomery County, Md. The Foundation awards grants for specific projects that will make a demonstrable impact on the local community by reaching people in
need and encouraging and sustaining creative activities. Preference will be given to innovative approaches and programs.
